The Turkish Airlines New York Office is one of my preferred carriers for trips to Europe and the Middle East, but my experience at their New York office was a bit of a letdown. Once I finally got to speak with a representative, things went smoothly. The staff member was helpful, provided a brochure on group discounts, and explained the booking process in detail. He even took my contact information to follow up with custom quotes. So while I give the team credit for being well-informed and courteous, the overall experience was hindered by poor crowd management. If Turkish Airlines wants their Manhattan office to match the high standards of their flight experience, they’ll need to improve how they manage customer flow.
